Life at Ajivika

I have been associated with Ajivika since 2018. This journey of 5 years has been fruitful in terms of learning opportunities and career progression. At Ajivika Finance, I have been fortunate to work with some of brilliant minds. Our seniors have been supportive and available to us at every step. I am grateful for the opportunity and guidance I have received. I am looking forward for many more years of learning and growth.

I have been associated with Ajivika Finance Limited since last 2 years, It has been a fantastic journey with such a great organization. The organizational culture and diversity have taught me a lot about all business aspects such as Operational Strategies, business expansion, customer centricity etc. With such a diverse team we will make it more robust with the aim of high outreach to inner most rural areas too. I must be thankful to my all seniors for their great cooperation and guidance. Also support of my colleagues and subordinate has been amazing.

My long and awesome journey with Ajivika Finance started in 2018. I joined as an accountant in the accounts department and steadily rose to my current position. At Ajivika Finance there is a strong emphasis on process, policies and cost consciousness. The discipline and rigour helped me in my professional and personal life. Ajivika is a good place to work colleagues are very supportive.

I am thankful to Ajivika Finance for giving me immense exposure of Finance Industry. Here I have learned and excelled in Finance domain without any hiccups. I feel fortunate that I am contributing social cause by helping socially deprived section of the society and eventually to our nation. As we grow together, I take pride to be part of Ajivika Family.
