Code of Conduct

Our values shape us as an organisation. They serve as the guiding principles that shape our actions and our thoughts. They are essential to fulfilling our two-part mission: to help our customers make distinctive, lasting and substantial improvements in their lives by providing them with our income-generating loans and to build a responsible financial institution that attracts, motivates and retains exceptional people who are committed to the process of realizing our collective goals. Our Code of Conduct builds on our organization's mission, values and principles, linking them with standards of professional conduct. The code articulates the values we aim to foster in leaders and employees and, in doing so, defines desired behavior. We expect all members of our teams to follow the Model Code of Conduct laid out for them. The code serves as a central guide and reference to support day-to-day activities and decision making. It encourages discussions of ethics and compliance, empowering our team to handle ethical dilemmas they encounter in everyday work.
